Plugin Heat Club in Sydhavn offers saunagus combining heat, cold plunge, breathing techniques, aromatherapy, music and community. Each session consists of three gus rounds with breaks in between and typically lasts 75 minutes.

Host
Barbara creates uplifting, breath-led sessions that invite you to meet yourself exactly as you are in the moment. She's a breathwork practitioner and fascial maneuvers coach. She mentors people towards deeper connection with themselves and works with vulnerable youth, using an approach that joins mind, body and nervous system. She brings an alive, uplifting energy. She feels into what's present in the room and leaves space for co-creation. Her sessions Deep - breath-led and grounding, a moment to just be.
