Calm Saunagus is a softer and more sensory-focused experience with gentle heat, a slower pace, and a focus on breathing and relaxation. Saunagus at Sauna85 is a guided sauna experience with essential oils, music and waves of heat. Each 75-minute session includes three 12-minute sauna rounds, with breaks to cool down and relax.
