About 2 sessions a month right now
"Originally from Scotland, I’ve been exploring regular heat and cold exposure as tools to cultivate the mindset and resilience my body needs to be able to train and compete in long-distance endurance triathlons. It’s a practice where all the thoughts, stresses and anxieties get put to the side, and we can just focus and connect with the whole body. My hope as a facilitator is that you discover that you are capable of so much more than you are aware of. Let's step out of our comfort zones and discover that potential together."
