Anne Louise Laugesen

Anne Louise Laugesen hosts sauna sessions in two places. At Københavns Badeklub it is guest sessions in the floating sauna by Fisketorvet, and in the description there, Anne Louise explains that the sessions are often inspired by nature and the seasons, with room for power, calm and reflection. At Heat It in Dragør, Anne Louise Laugesen hosts NATUR sessions, where plants, extracts and the season find their way into the sauna, and a full moon ceremony with four ceremonial rounds.
