Asger Lerche

Asger Lerche is a co-founder of Heat n Health Club in Kastrup, and the club describes Asger as a calm and present sauna host, keen that everyone in the round sauna feels at ease. The session often follows the mood of the day, so you never quite know which journey you will be taken on - but there is always work with good scents, good energy and plenty of heat. In The Signature, Asger builds the session freely, round by round.
