Bettina Erbs Chronberg

Bettina Erbs Chronberg hosts sauna sessions at Hot Box ApS in Rødovre, where the sauna hosts work with essential oils and towel technique for small groups. The session is built in three rounds, and in the breaks you can cool down in one of the ice baths. Bettina Erbs Chronberg also hosts family sessions, where one adult and one child take part together - so the heat, the scents and the breaks become something shared across generations.
