Caroline Knudsen

Caroline Knudsen hosts sauna sessions at HotSpot Sauna in Aarhus N, mostly SLOW: music that moves from quiet to gently pulsing, simple instrumental textures and pauses of silence, so you can wind down. HotSpot calls it perfect for your first time. Now and then Caroline Knudsen turns it up in FLOW, where a calm pace meets powerful rhythms, and in the run-up to Christmas there is a Christmas session. Between rounds the cold plunge awaits.
