Claus Buch

Claus Buch hosts sauna sessions at Ringsted Sportscenter, in Ringsted Svømmeland's newly renovated shared sauna with a view over the green sports fields. The session is built in rounds where the heat gets to work, and afterwards you step out to cold showers and buckets for the cold rush. It is a sauna session in the middle of a sports centre, where you can go straight from the pool into the heat and back again.
