Ditte H. hosts sauna sessions at Temple Sea Bath on Bellevue Beach, in Arne Jacobsen's old bathing house overlooking the Øresund. Here the session is closely tied to the sea: the Sea Bath session alternates between rounds of steam and essential oils and dips in the sea. Ditte H. also hosts the introduction to winter bathing and sauna sessions for beginners, where you learn about breathing and safety before the first dips in the sea and the first rounds in the heat.
