Edija

Edija hosts sauna sessions at Avedøre Idrætscenter in Hvidovre, and every session has its own theme. The programme reads like a journey: the spirit of the forest, the golden desert, oriental mystique, warriors of the North, Nordic magic, the old forest, wild and free, Nordic winter and a Viking session. Nature and the North run through many of them, so you can follow Edija's sessions from the forest to the desert and back to the Nordic winter. At Halloween the session gets a spooky theme.
