You’ll often find me guiding the relaxed and signature sessions at Heat Harmony. I see the sauna as a space we offer each other - a quiet pause, a breath, a small act of care. Being part of that shared moment is very special to me, and I feel lucky to be able to share it with you. Creating warm, welcoming spaces is close to my heart, and it’s what drew me to sauna gus in the first place. Outside of the heat, I spend most of my time being active and preferably outdoors - you’ll often find me running or cycling around the Copenhagen area.
