Frederik

Frederik at Ø Sauna is part of the small team taking turns in the sauna on Svendborg Harbour by Kammerateriet - so scents and mood change from one time to the next. The regular sauna session is built on three rounds, where the heat carries the scent of hand-picked essential oils, while the breaks leave room for the cold shiver in the cold water tubs. The other side is RE-RUN X Ø Sauna, where running and a sauna session meet in one event, with pastries, salty snacks and electrolytes waiting afterwards.
