Gitte Lindgaard

I guide gus with roots in breathwork, yoga, shamanism and meditation. Here breath, sound and heat melt together into a sensual ceremony. I create a space where the nervous system can settle and you can let go of performing and find your way home to yourself. Met, held and embraced in a presence that calls you deeply home.
