✨ Signature & Energy For me, the sauna is a space of freedom from everyday life. I love intense heat – preferably with minimal talking from my side and either calm or powerful music. The goal is always that you leave the session in a better mood than when you arrived. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound The music is adapted to the gradual build-up of heat and the mood that naturally arises in the group on the day. 🎧 Often on the Playlist Hermanos Gutiérrez, Forndom, Hans Zimmer, Khruangbin. 🌿 A Little about Me I’m self-employed and run a vertical farm together with my father and stepfather. I’m very active, have been strength training since I was 13, and have recently taken up running as well. I’m a bit of a nerd when it comes to how the body responds to cold, heat, nutrition, exercise, sleep, sunlight, and different supplements. If you ever feel like chatting about any of that, just tap me on the shoulder between rounds.
