Jens Pedersen

Jens Pedersen hosts sauna sessions at SaltogSauna in Fredericia, in the phone-free sauna by the Little Belt. The Silent session is the regular one: three calm rounds with gentle music, carefully chosen essential oils and as little talking as possible, leaving room for the silence. The other side is Gus & Beer Tasting, where the breaks are spent on a sea dip and beers to taste - good company and deep relaxation in the same session.
