✨ Signature & Energy I love bringing all the senses together. For me, a great gus is about more than heat. It’s about weaving sound, scent, and atmosphere into a single journey. Every session begins with calm melodies and vocals before gradually building in intensity, leading to a powerful, heat filled finale. My goal is to create a space where everyone can step away from everyday life, find a moment of stillness, and then let go, move with the music, and fully embrace the experience. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound I aim to create an immersive experience where music and aromas complement each other and tell the same story. The atmosphere moves from calm and meditative to powerful and energetic, creating space to slow down, be present, and leave feeling renewed. 🎧 Often on the Playlist Vraell is an absolute must. His guitar has a way of instantly transporting you somewhere else. I also enjoy the calming atmosphere of RY X, the storytelling of Loyle Carner and FACESOUL, and the uplifting, high energy sound of Klangkarussell. And I love Fred again.. to build intensity and carry the heat through the final part of the journey. 🌿 A Little About Me Outside the sauna, I work in the corporate world. When the workday is over, you’ll usually find me out for a run or playing beach volleyball in Ryparken. Alongside sauna, music and long walks are what help me recharge and find balance. My friends would describe me as a good storyteller, so you can expect each session to take you on a journey with a story of its own. I love spreading good vibes and sharing a joke or two, so you’ll usually find both me and the people around me smiling.
