Kamilla Ancher Andersen hosts sauna sessions at SaltogSauna by Fredericia Marina, where you cool off in the Little Belt between rounds. The range is wide: the Silent session with gentle music and a minimum of words, the classic modern session with shifting moods, and Rock'n Gus, where both temperature and volume rise from soft rock to heavy riffs and heavy rock. In the wellness session, sauna rounds alternate with wellness rituals that the sauna host chooses each time.
