✨ Signature & Energy I have a focus on sauna experiences where storytelling, sensory elements, and presence come together. Through carefully chosen scents and music, supported by voice and movement, I aim to create a natural flow that guides guests through a meaningful and immersive experience. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound The atmosphere I strive to create is calm, grounded, and welcoming. I enjoy giving guests space to slow down, settle into the heat, and reconnect with themselves, while allowing moments of intensity to arise naturally. My goal is for guests to leave feeling both deeply relaxed and fully present. 🎧 Often on the Playlist My playlists lean toward atmospheric and cinematic music, with ambient sounds and gentle rhythms that complement the story of each session. From time to time, I also incorporate audio poems to add another layer to the experience and invite quiet reflection. 🌿 A Little About Me Curiosity and connection are probably the threads that run through everything I do. As a researcher, I spend my days exploring wellbeing and emotional processes, while in my free time I'm drawn to experiences that challenge both body and mind. Having completed several mountain treks and long-distance hikes, I see sauna as a similar journey: one that challenges your breath, your body, and your mind, while leaving you with a deep sense of presence and groundedness. It's that experience I hope to share with every guest.
