Katja Westphal hosts sauna sessions at Viking Saunagus in Odense SØ, and most of them are Viking sessions with high heat. Now and then it is the lovely morning session or the Monday special, and then there is BOYBANDS GUS – You are my fire, where boy bands set the mood in the sauna. Around the heat come ice baths, cold showers, meditation and breathing exercises, which the venue has made a fixed part of the sauna.
