Kevin Klub-Nok Belmark hosts sauna sessions at Klub-Nok Sauna in Hedehusene, a family-run sauna house with small groups. Most of the time it is the after-work session: a session for those who want to get fully back into their body after a long working day, with oils and music chosen to let the shoulders drop and set you up for a good night's sleep. In the run-up to Christmas the mood shifts to a Christmas session with ginger shots, all about clearing your head in a busy season.
