Line Schmidt hosts sauna sessions at HotSpot Sauna in Aarhus N in two very different versions. DEEP SLOW is the calmest: full focus on mindfulness, breathing and letting go of tension - the same heat, more calm. FLOW goes the other way, with music moving from quiet moments to powerful rhythms and the energy growing together. Both end in HotSpot's outdoor sauna oasis with a cold plunge and social sauna.
