✨ Signature & Energy I love bringing people together and creating a space where calm and renewed energy can merge – and where you always leave with a smile on your face. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound Music is the heart of my sessions. That’s why all of my sauna infusions are “silent sessions,” where the music is allowed to guide and create the atmosphere. I want to shape an ambiance that is light, relaxing, and gives space to let go. 🎧 Often on the Playlist I have a broad taste in music and love to blend different genres. It can be anything from hip hop and R&B/soul to jazz and electronic music. On my session playlist, you’ll often find Khruangbin, Majid Jordan, Cleo Sol, and Artigeardit. 🌿 A Little about Me During the week, I work a 9-to-5 job, and on weekends I’m very social with friends and family. That’s why it’s important for me to step away from the screen and unwind when I’m off work. I enjoy staying active through long walks with my dog Tarzan, crossfit, and yoga. The sauna is also my sanctuary, where I can leave all obligations at the door and completely disconnect.
