Luisa Romeri hosts sauna sessions at Gusio in Køge and moves between the club's formats: the Flow session, where scents, music and guidance become a journey, the Deep session with calm breathing and meditative music, and the morning session that lets the body wake up gently. The biggest project is The Journey, which Luisa Romeri hosts together with breath therapist Mads: six rounds from the Earth's core through forest and ocean waves to outer space, ending with holotropic breathwork.
