Magnus J hosts sauna sessions at DGI Huset Vejle, following the centre's classic format: three rounds in the pool's shared sauna, where the heat builds and essential oils are spread through the room. Between rounds the pace drops - there is iced water, fresh fruit and coffee or tea, so the body can settle before the next round. It is a session where the heat, the scents and the breaks carry the experience.
