Maria Greis Brandt hosts sauna sessions at Gusio in Køge, in two calm formats. The Deep session is a grounding session focused on calm in body and mind, guided by breath, gentle scents and meditative music - well suited to anyone new to sauna sessions. Kvindens Tempel - the Women's Temple - is a women-only session. And when Gusio celebrates its first year, Maria Greis Brandt hosts the anniversary Deep session.
