Mette Pagh

Mette Pagh hosts sauna sessions at Sidste Sauna in Sydhavn and also hosts banya. According to the venue, Mette learned it from experienced banya masters from Belarus and now passes it on to guests: no oils or towel waving, but more heat and steam, a foot bath and body care with whisks of oak, birch and herbs. Banya mostly takes place in the quiet of the sauna and for a few guests, so there is more focus on each person.
