Mie Pedersen

Mie Pedersen hosts sauna sessions at Heat It in Dragør, in the wooden sauna flanked by outdoor copper showers. Day to day it is the classic session, a guided sensory experience with heat, steam, essential oils and music. But Mie Pedersen also hosts children's sessions for the whole family: the heat is mild and adapted to children, there are scent and taste experiences along the way, and the breaks give time to cool down - a safe way to introduce children to the world of the sauna.
