Nadia Bech

Nadia Bech hosts sauna sessions at Gusio in Køge, and the range is wide. The morning session is a calm start to the day with carefully chosen essential oils and soft music, and in a Deep session you are guided through your breath towards calm in body and mind. At the other end is the Sing Along Session, where you sing along to the biggest hits as the heat rises and the whole sauna joins in. At Halloween the session gets its own spooky night.
