Nichlas Lerche

Nichlas Lerche hosts sauna sessions at Heat n Health Club in Kastrup in two temperaments. Gus With Nichlas is a journey in three rounds: a gentle landing with mild heat and calm towel work, a round where the heat goes up and the pulse rises, and a deep finish where the heat peaks and the scent turns round and balancing. Friday Vibes is the party of the week, with techno, deep house and afro house and room to clap, dance and sing along.
