Nicola Dottorini hosts the calm side of the sauna session - in two places. At iluma in Frederiksberg it is Warm & Soothing, the studio's gentle format with a slightly lower temperature, calming oil blends and mindfulness. At Rört Copenhagen in Copenhagen NV it is the CALM session, where a more moderate heat lets the body melt into presence and ease, and breath, steam and scents create a meditative experience - with the odd peak of high heat.
