Nicolai Ohrt hosts sauna sessions at iluma in Frederiksberg, alternating between the studio's two formats. In Warm & Soothing the temperature is slightly lower, the oil blends softer, and mindfulness has its place between rounds. In Hot & Intense the heat is turned up and the theme becomes more intense - still mindful, but with more depth. The sessions are held in English, and an outdoor cold plunge awaits between rounds.
