About 6 sessions a month right now
Precision is not always loud. Sometimes it is the exact fragrance, the right note at the right moment, the silence that arrives exactly when it should. Nik brings that precision from an unlikely combination of places, spiritual traditions in breathwork, fragrance, and ritual rooted in his Indian heritage, woven together with modern mindfulness and a sensitivity to sound and atmosphere that shapes every second of every session he hosts. His sessions run in two registers. Flow is immersive, building tension through music without a single lyric. Deep is interior, unhurried, and shaped by twelve years of silent meditative practice (Kirtan Kriya). Both are guided by a voice that knows when to speak, and when to leave the room to the heat. What to expect: Three rounds of heat, each with its own character. Rising temperature, shifting fragrance, and music that builds and dissolves in sequence. No two sessions are the same, the crowd, the day, and the atmosphere in the room all shape what happens inside it. What remains constant is the intention: to bring you into genuine contact with yourself, briefly free from the performance of everything else. You will leave quieter than you arrived. Not empty; lighter.
Nik composes immersive rituals of heat, fragrance, sound, breath and silence - precise, yet responsive to the people in the room. His practice is rooted in Indian spiritual traditions and twelve years of meditation. He's completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and specialised in Kirtan Kriya meditation from the Kundalini tradition. He brings a calm, grounded and quietly focused energy - attentive rather than overpowering. Each session unfolds over three rounds, with rising temperatures, evolving fragrances, and music that builds, shifts and dissolves. His sessions Deep - quiet, inward and unhurried. Peak - expansive and energising, still precisely composed. Best for: People who have mastered doing and want a place to simply be, and who appreciate craft and ritual. You'll leave feeling: Quieter than you arrived, lighter, and deeply reset.
