Nina Ferreira

Note: I facilitate in English only Nina is a French movement and breathwork facilitator with a background in dance and psychology and over 10 years of experience teaching yoga. She is the founder of Rive Gauche, the Copenhagen yoga studio she created around the power of music, rhythm and movement. Nina’s Vinyasa classes are immersive, music-led experiences. Every playlist is carefully curated to reflect the season, the mood and the energy of the room, creating a practice that feels different every time. Music becomes more than a soundtrack: it is a gateway into movement, emotion and letting go. Her classes are fully guided and open to all levels, with space to explore your own body and movement without pressure. Nina also facilitates Conscious Connected Breathwork, using breath and music to create a space for release, connection and deeper presence.
