Patrick

Patrick hosts sauna sessions at East Kilbride Badet in Ballerup, in the panoramic sauna with large windows facing the greenery. The sessions go in two directions: the calm Sunday session, where the pace is low, and the Viking session with more power. Here you can go straight from the pools into the heat, and between rounds there are drinks and snacks, while the terrace with the outdoor cold plunge pool is just outside the sauna.
