Signe Krogh

Signe Krogh hosts sauna sessions at La Sauna Aarhus at Godsbanen, where steam heat, aromatherapy and music come together over three rounds. Besides the regular sessions, Signe Krogh hosts early bird sessions, where the day starts in the heat, and EYDA x La Sauna - a morning where a shared run at an easy pace that everyone can join, followed by a sauna session, becomes one experience of community, movement and wellbeing.
