Sophie Bendixen hosts sauna sessions at Sauna House in Nordhavn, in the dark session sauna where the club's sessions take place. The programme covers every pace the club offers: the Relax session to wind down, the Hot session with the heat at its centre, and the Energy session with more drive. At Halloween, Sophie Bendixen is part of Heat & Horror, the club's Halloween party for members. Afterwards the cold area awaits with showers, ice buckets and an outdoor tub.
