Stine Sofie

Stine Sofie hosts sauna sessions at La Sauna Aarhus at Godsbanen, where the three rounds come together as one experience. Steam heat, aromatherapy and music are combined so that each round has its own mood, and between rounds you cool down under the cold showers. Stine Sofie also hosts the early bird session, where the day starts in the heat - for those who want renewed energy before the rest of the city wakes up.
