✨ Signature & Energy My sessions are warm, grounded, and immersive. I like to build the heat gradually and take you on a journey that can move from calm and meditative to intense and euphoric, before bringing everything back down again. I mostly keep my guidance simple and let the heat, aromas, movement, and music create the experience. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound Music is at the centre of my sessions. I enjoy creating a flow where each round has its own feeling, while still being part of the same overall theme — moving between deep and hypnotic, emotional, uplifting, or euphoric moments. The theme can change from session to session, depending on the time of day and what I feel like bringing into the sauna. 🎧 Often on the Playlist Deep electronic, ambient soundscapes, slow beats, uplifting vocals, and elements of classical and cinematic music.
