NorRo Saunagus

NorRo is a place for body and mind at Mørdrupvej 9B in Espergærde, close to the water, run by physiotherapist and body therapist Ida Bentholm together with her partner Kristian. It offers Body SDS body therapy, yoga, pilates and reformer. NorRo holds its sauna sessions at the Löyly sauna club on Espergærde Havn, a few minutes' walk away, right by the sea with access to a bathing jetty, so the breaks can be used for a dip in the Øresund. A session lasts about 75 minutes with 3-4 hot rounds of essential oils, music and towel and fan work, and water with electrolytes and a small snack are served.
