Thy Race Sauna

Thy Race Sauna is a brand-new sauna for 24 people next to Thy Race Activity Park and Langbjerggård Lejrskole at Skyumvej 72 in Snedsted. It has a sauna garden with cold-water tubs, cold showers and a sensory tub. The sauna can be booked with or without a gus master, and public saunagus sessions are open to everyone.

Saunagus at Thy Race Sauna takes place in a 24-person sauna with its own sauna garden, where you cool off in cold-water tubs, under cold showers and in a sensory tub. A session is three rounds, with fruit and refreshments in between. The gus master guides you through it, leaving room for calm, presence and a break from everyday life. Public sessions are open to everyone. Bring your own towel, swimwear and a water bottle, and consider arriving changed from home, although there are also changing rooms on site.
