Sauna sessions with us
Sauna gus at Villa Vindblad takes place in the sauna near Give, seating 17 guests, where you cool down under the open sky between rounds. The regular programme is a drop-in gus and a Friday gus of three rounds – an informal, social session that kicks off the weekend. Alongside them we hold ceremonies: a full-moon ceremony with moon cards, incense and tea, and Gustjenesten, where the Moon King leads four ceremonial rounds with a twinkle in the eye. Now and then come a sing-along gus and a gus marathon through the whole house's world of scents, with a few pure oils rather than heavy blends. Bring towels and your favourite cup.
