Clara Mary Price hosts women-only sauna sessions at Charlottehaven Health Club in Østerbro. Water with essential oils is poured onto the hot stones, and the heat is spread through the sauna so it settles softly around you. The women's session is a space to simply be in the heat, and the club's Tylarium - a milder, more humid kind of sauna - is right next door if you want to continue at a calmer pace.
