Olivia Schulze

Olivia Schulze hosts sauna sessions at La Sauna Silkeborg by Ly Outdoor Camp, in the wood-fired sauna where the steam is spread with a fan and the experience alternates between intense heat, cooling down and quiet breaks. Olivia Schulze is also there when La Sauna and EYDA invite you to a social run: first a shared run at an easy pace that everyone can join, then a sauna session - community, movement and heat all at once.
