A gus lasts 75 minutes with three rounds of 10-15 minutes and a cool-down break in between. The gus master blends pure essential oils into the water, pours it over the hot stones and spreads the steam with a fan while the music carries the session. Now and then we hold a morning gus with MOMO, with coffee and a bun waiting afterwards. Arrive 10-15 minutes early and bring a water bottle, two towels, swimwear and sandals – sitting on a towel in the sauna is required.
