Sabine Folman

My gus is a free space with a focus on calm, letting go of stress and being present. I guide you to find control over body, mind and breath – and at the same time to let go of control on the outside, so you can find your way home to yourself. Here there is room to feel your body, find focus and let your thoughts settle. I use carefully chosen oils that support the experience of letting go and rediscovering inner energy and strength. I often work with woody scents combined with deep, sensual notes and invigorating scents that open up the breath. Together they create an atmosphere where you can breathe deeply and let the mind calm down. As a person I am energetic, calm and caring all at once – I embrace every feeling and state that may come up in the sauna. I love being active, but I also see gus as an important tool for giving the body a well-deserved break where you can really feel yourself. My goal is that you leave with a sense of inner strength, clarity and renewed energy.
