Sara Asdal

Sara Asdal hosts sauna sessions at La Sauna Odense, where the regular sessions alternate between heat, cold baths and quiet breaks in a social, Nordic sauna culture. Alongside them, Sara Asdal is part of two of the venue's collaborations. With E-baren it becomes softclubbing: an evening of sauna sessions, mocktails and social sauna, where you can even step behind the bar yourself. With EYDA it becomes a morning where a shared run ends in the heat.
