Sauna session in Ballerup

Sauna sessions in Ballerup take place at East Kilbride Badet, Ballerup's public swimming pool in Ballerup Idrætsby, where the session is held in the panorama sauna with large windows facing the greenery and room for about 22 guests. Right outside is a terrace with an outdoor cold-water pool kept at 5 degrees year-round. The programme has three lengths - a full session of about 75 minutes with three rounds, a shorter one of 45 minutes with two rounds, and a mini session of a quarter of an hour with one round - plus themed sessions, where a theme such as full moon or Vikings sets the music, scents and number of rounds, as well as morning, after-work and family sessions. The venue's sauna hosts each have their own style, from the mild and meditative to the powerful with high heat.
