Sauna session in Esbjerg

Esbjerg Spa & Wellness on Gl. Vardevej is part of Sport & Event Park Esbjerg, and the wellness area holds a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a herbal sauna, jacuzzis, relaxation areas and the snow cabin. The session is a guided experience in which a trained sauna host works with heat, steam and essential oils and spreads scent and warmth with a towel; a single round typically lasts 10-15 minutes and is included in the entrance ticket according to a fixed schedule. In addition there are special ticketed evenings with several rounds across the evening. Between the rounds you can use the whole wellness area - a turn in the snow cabin, the steam bath or the jacuzzi. In the run-up to Christmas there is a Christmas session with scents to match the season. There are only a few evenings on the programme, so book in good time.
