Sauna sessions in Vestjylland

West Jutland (Vestjylland) has sauna sessions from the Wadden Sea to the Limfjord, mostly in the towns' swimming pools and wellness centres - with a few venues right by the water.

In Esbjerg, Esbjerg Spa & Wellness is part of Sport & Event Park Esbjerg, where sessions are included in the entry ticket on a fixed schedule and you can cool down in a snow cabin. Ho Bugt Havbad is also in Esbjerg Municipality, and in Ribe, Ribe Svømmebad runs its sessions as single rounds you can take one or more of.

Further north, Form og Fritid Nørre Nebel has two saunas and wellness sessions several times a week, and Ringkøbing Svømmehal has two saunas overlooking Ringkøbing Fjord and a short, classic fifteen-minute session.

In Herning there is both DGI Huset Herning with free access to the daily sessions and Schellerup Gård with a wood-fired sauna and a lake. Holstebro Svømmecenter changes its programme week by week, so both the sauna host and the theme vary, and in Struer, Kurbad Limfjorden is based.

If you want many sessions included in the entry, Esbjerg, Ribe and Herning are the easy choice. If you want the fjord in view, choose Ringkøbing.
