Sauna session in Humlebæk

Humlebæk has one sauna venue, and it shares its address with the padel courts.

Simon's SaunaGus is located at Simon's Padel & Golf Club. The sauna seats 12 guests, and a session lasts an hour and a half. The regular format is called Flow Session: a gentle, sensory experience focused on breath, soft scents and slow movement, built over several rounds with breaks in the cold showers. It suits both newcomers to sauna sessions and those who use it for recovery after a match on the court. Afterwards there is a calm lounge area with a café. Besides the guided sessions, the sauna can be used on its own with a membership or day pass, and the changing rooms are indoors at Simon's Padel.
